We work with trusted courier partners such as DPD and DHL to ensure your device is delivered safely and efficiently. Once the implementation is complete, the courier will collect the device directly from PAAC and deliver it to your specified address within 2–3 working days.

 

You’ll receive full tracking details and delivery updates throughout the process. For your peace of mind, the shipment is fully insured up to the full value of the hardware. Please note that courier charges may vary depending on the value of the item and the delivery location.

Onsite Installation

Our onsite installation service provides a seamless, end-to-end setup experience for your new device. This service is charged separately and ensures everything is configured to your exact requirements before it reaches your office.


An experienced engineer will first prepare and configure the device in our workshop, installing all necessary software, security tools, and settings. This guarantees that the device is fully optimised and ready for use.


Once complete, the engineer will deliver the device to your site, connect it to your network, and verify that everything is working correctly. This approach minimises downtime and ensures a smooth transition, so your team can start working immediately without any technical delays.
